Terms & Conditions

Welcome to BugBounty AM, a bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure platform operated by DTS Solution. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using BugBounty AM (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: BugBounty AM, the bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure platform operated by DTS Solution.
  • Researcher/Hunter: An individual who searches for and reports security vulnerabilities through the Platform.
  • Program Owner/Customer: An organization that creates a bug bounty or vulnerability disclosure program on the Platform.
  • Vulnerability Report/Submission: A report of a security vulnerability submitted by a Researcher to a Program Owner through the Platform.
  • Reward/Bounty: Compensation paid by a Program Owner to a Researcher for a valid vulnerability report.
  • Program: A bug bounty or vulnerability disclosure program managed through the Platform.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be a resident of, or operating from, a country subject to international sanctions or embargoes
  • Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate and current
  • Maintain one account only (duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated)
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify BugBounty AM immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Researcher/Hunter Terms

As a Researcher, you agree to:

  • Conduct security testing only on programs you are authorized to test
  • Operate strictly within the scope defined by each Program Owner
  • Avoid any testing that could harm, degrade, or disrupt services
  • Not perform destructive testing (e.g., deleting data, deploying malware)
  • Practice responsible disclosure and not publicly disclose vulnerabilities without prior written permission from the Program Owner
  • Comply with all program-specific policies, rules, and guidelines
  • Not access, modify, or exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary to demonstrate a proof of concept
  • Submit vulnerability reports in good faith with complete and accurate information

6. Program Owner Terms

As a Program Owner, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and clearly defined scope for your program
  • Review and triage vulnerability reports in a timely manner
  • Award bounties in good faith according to your published reward structure
  • Provide safe harbor protections to Researchers who comply with your program policies
  • Not pursue legal action against Researchers who act in good faith within your defined scope
  • Maintain confidentiality of vulnerability reports until remediation is complete

7. Rewards & Payments

  • BugBounty AM facilitates payments between Program Owners and Researchers but is not a party to the payment transaction
  • Researchers may be required to complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before receiving payments
  • Researchers are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from received rewards
  • BugBounty AM may charge a platform fee on transactions, which will be clearly disclosed
  • Payment timelines and amounts are determined by Program Owners according to their published policies

8. Intellectual Property

  • Vulnerability reports and associated intellectual property are owned by the Program Owner once a reward has been issued
  • The Platform, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is the intellectual property of BugBounty AM and DTS Solution
  • You may not use BugBounty AM’s intellectual property without prior written permission

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Engage in social engineering, phishing, or physical attacks
  • Perform denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks
  • Exfiltrate data beyond what is necessary for a proof of concept
  • Conduct automated scanning or testing without explicit permission from the Program Owner
  • Sell or offer to sell discovered vulnerabilities to third parties
  • Submit duplicate, false, or misleading vulnerability reports
  • Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. BugBounty AM and DTS Solution:

  • Make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s operation or availability
  • Are not liable for any actions taken by Researchers, including unauthorized access or security testing
  • Are not liable for Program Owner decisions regarding bounty awards, scope, or program policies
  • Are not responsible for disputes between Researchers and Program Owners
  • Shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BugBounty AM’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to BugBounty AM in the six months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BugBounty AM, DTS Solution, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your security research activities

12. Termination

  • Either you or BugBounty AM may terminate your account at any time
  • BugBounty AM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Armenia.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our privacy practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Modifications

BugBounty AM reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
